Returns & Cancellation Policy
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the day you receive your item. To return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must contact us within the deadline, and you are responsible for the return shipping.
Complaints & Defective Goods
We offer a 2-year warranty on all products, which means you can complain about defects that are not due to normal wear and tear or improper use. If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the problem and any pictures so that we can find a solution - either in the form of repair, exchange or refund, depending on the situation.
